A thought that continues to influence my day to day experience is “everybody is doing the best they can”. Twenty years ago when I was doing weekly therapy working through some childhood pains I realized that my parents did the best they could.

The Spring Equinox occurred almost three weeks ago but it did not feel like Spring had sprung yet here in the Southern Interior of B.C. I’m starting to see signs this Easter weekend.

It is with the biggest smile that I get to introduce the newest member of our family, Billie’s Got Chrome. This sweet almost 2.5 year old mare is my heart horse. The connection I experienced with this Wildie the first time we met was profound. There was instant trust and love between us.

I am honoured to announce my newest healing partners - the HORSES. Learning how to facilitate this modality has been a profound gift in my life and I am grateful to include this experiential learning in my work with those whom feel called.

I am alive today because she nurtured my soul. I am thriving today because she supported my spirit’s expression and encouraged me to live a life I love.

There is nothing more fulfilling and magical to feel aligned with ones purpose and hearts desires.
