FINALLY A SPRING EQUINOX BLESSING

Spring is starting to show herself in the Southern Interior of B.C.

The Spring Equinox occurred almost three weeks ago but it did not feel like Spring had sprung yet here in the Southern Interior of B.C. We still have a little snow left on the ground. This weekend we are in the midst of Spring showers and I’m starting to see some green growth surfacing in the fields. This is a time to celebrate our rebirth and growth. I offer you this Equinox Blessing to spring into this new season even if it feels a little late this year.

“From its winter of sleep the Earth is awoken,

The cycle of nature, true and unbroken.

The promise of spring, of life, a new start,

To fill you with faith in mind, body and heart.

The perfect wheel of nature keeps spinning,

With proof that an ending is just a beginning.

Rejoice in this season may it fill you with peace,

And may the blessings of nature, for you, never cease.”
