MANIFESTING ROOTS & REINS

This is the herd that called us to our sacred land! Back in Oct. 2021 I was visiting a horse rescue in Mission sharing how we’ve been looking for land and it was suggested I join a FB group of horse owners selling acreages. That same night this property showed up in my feed and I knew we found the one.

My Dad was at his girlfriend’s in Penticton and when I told them I think we’ve found it they ventured off to the property the next morning. As soon as they saw the place they told us that we had to come and walk the land for ourselves. The following day we left Chilliwack and drove 5 hours to feel into the sacred grounds. When we arrived these 3 horses were there to greet us and I knew they were there to support us in buying the land. After a couple hours exploring the acreage we decided this would be the perfect place to create our healing family ranch and build our homes. All 3 horses were very involved in the purchase negotiations. Once the handshakes were made, this horse Prophet told me his work was done and he laid down. I thanked him for his help and we rested together knowing we would be the stewards of the land.

The handshake and purchase began on my Dad’s 70th birthday. It is an honour to partner with family on this venture and to live in community together. We all feel very blessed, being able to have our dreams merge in this way. Cheers to the creation of Roots & Reins Ranch! 🙏
